(今回のこの一連の流れは、アフィリエイトで稼ぐまとめサイトをターゲットにしたものだという印象もあります。)

では、営利目的ではない(アフィリエイトなどが無い)まとめブログや過去ログ保管庫への扱いはどうでしょうか？
