今、色々な板でされている転載禁止にするか否かの投票ですが、中にはまともな議論も告知もされずに投票に踏み切るところも出ています。

そして議論は全くなく、初めから投票スレ立てる方向で一方的に展開し、投票スレが立ったのが約一時間後の2014/03/05(水) 19:13:50.67
投票は3/6(木)00:00:00.00〜3/7(金) 00:00:00.00の24時間で議論スレが立って6時間も経っていません。

こういう状態ですと、住民の意見が十分に反映されているとはおよそ言えないと思います。
投票を行う場合、議論スレを立てて24時間は投票を開始せず周知期間とすることを条件付けていただけないでしょうか。
既に終了した投票においても、この「番組ch板」のようにあまりに周知期間が短い場合のやり直しを命令していただきたいです。
