このスレは、ピンクちゃんねる管理人改め2ch新管理人のジムさんと英語でお話しようスレです
英語できる人はできれば英語で書いてくださいな。
ジムさんはとってもやさしいので、文法とか単語のつづりが「かなり間違っている」英語でも
きっとわかってくれますよん。
念のため日本語の原文を添えてもらえれば状況に応じて支援あるかも

英語はどうしても無理、って人は日本語でどうぞ。

In Japan, you don't need to write "All rights reserved" clearly for claiming the copyright.
When you create or publish something, you own its copyright without claming.

Anyone only janitor "MatomeBlog" can post and editable "MatomeWiki" is a different thing, but do you call it a "matomeSite" refers to either?
Or we are talking about both?

誰でも編集可能な"MatomeWiki"と管理人のみが投稿できる"MatomeBlog"は別物ですが、どちらをさして"matomeSite"と呼んでいますか？
それとも両方のことを指していますか？

つーか、旧運営も幼稚で読解が難儀な日本語を使ってたしJim達もあえて英語かつ分かりにくい表現にして曖昧でかわしてんだろ
突っ込まれても「そういう意味じゃないです〜」「英語の読み取り間違ってません？」みたいなひろゆき直伝の糞舐めた言い訳で
まともに読解しようとする方が無駄、とにかく2ch側が金を稼げるシステムを作るって分かりやすい結論でいいじゃん

However, 'All Rights Reserved' (不許複製、無断転載禁ず and etc),
it means someone must have a permission from the copyright holder if they try to reprint the contents.(not quoting)

When we translate All Rights Reserved into proper Japanese words, we may find the a slight difference on
the rights and duties which the words mean.

確かに「まとめ」というフレーズがややこしくしているのかも
問題となってる通称「まとめブログ」と言われるものの中身は
何かについて議論したりまとめたりしたそのついでに2chレスを「引用」してるわけではない
2chのレスを独断と偏見で「転載」「コピペ」しただけのもの
そのへんうまく伝えてほしい
