正直、転載禁止の論議は後回しで良いと思うんだけど。
まとめブログの人は「Jimは転載まとめOKと言っている！」と言うだろうし
転載されたくない人は「JimはまとめブログはNGだと言っている！」と言うだろう。
どちらも自分たちの都合の良いように意見を言う、解釈をする。
英文だから自分の好きなように解釈できるし、全ての意味をわざわざ尋ねるのは非効率的。

まずは2ちゃんは法的権限で何も出来ないので、外部サイトとの話し合いから始めるしかない、

入り口というか裾野を広げる大きな役割はあるのだとは思います。
