それが引用(ほぼ丸写し)なので合法というなら

Hi, Jim.
Let's talk about the thing with you guys and Brazil.
I have just recently become a 2channel user, and had a really great time, until two days ago I found myself unable to access 2channel anymore.
The reason that I was not using 2channel for so long was because my iPhone, with carrier of Softbank, was was unable to post anything on 2Channel,
and my portable Wi-Fi provided by E-Mobile what's banned as well for some reason.
So it was literally impossible for me to write anything on 2channel.
Until I found this thing called to P2, which can make me able to write things on 2ch by paying \500 a year. Some people say it's stupid to pay anything for 2channel, but I thought it is totally worth it(at least it is not like \3500).
So I paid it and started to use 2channel, about 2month ago from now. After that you know what happened.
You people suddenly blocked all accesses from P2 server at 3/7.
Now again it is actually impossible for me to write anything on channel anymore.
And then I found this thing called open 2channel.
You know what will happen next. And you know there is many many P2 users.
Oh and good luck with that new Ronin thing:)
