結論

アフィ乞食にとって『転載禁止』の明言は非常に都合が悪い。よほど都合が悪い。
なぜかと言うと、転載禁止が明言されていると第三者の通報でも簡単に違反が確認できてアフィが剥がされてしまうから。

それがAll rights reservedになるとアフィ乞食に少しは都合がよくなる。
なぜなら、広告元が通報されたアフィサイトが本当に無断転載してるか調べる一手間の必要性が出てくるから。
すべての広告元がわざわざ2chに問い合わせるかというと全てではないだろうし
問い合わせにいちいち2ch側が反応するには人出が必要になる。
すると今までの無断転載がまかり通る可能性が残る。

よって後者を選択するのであれば
徹底的に乞食の逃げ道は塞いでおく必要性がある。
ライセンスのページでも作って
『どこのサイトにライセンスを提供しているか』つまりホワイトリストと
『それ以外が無断転載であること』が明白になるページが必ず必要になるね。

これはJimにとってもかなり有益なオファーのなる。
ライセンス管理してみかじめ料とる可能性を残しながら
無断転載のアフィ乞食をユーザーが勝手に駆逐してくれるから。
