板選択のドロップダウンメニューを改良するなら、
フォルダ名なり、ローマ字読みなり、アルファベットを前に付けたほうが良いかな
そうすればいくぶん楽に板を選ぶことができる

In Japanese, the too large drop-down list is inconvenient because we can't find items by typing the first letter.
We can easily reach these items by typing "W", for example.
"WikiLeaks"
"Windows"
"Web収入"
"Web制作管理"

However, this way doesn't work toward almost of them.
So I suggest adding folder name or romanized board name to at the beginning of Japanese item name.
The example of former is :
"bbynamazu 地震ヘッドライン"
"poverty ニュー速（嫌儲）"
"news4vip ニュー速VIP"
"livejupiter なんでも実況J"
etc.

The latter is :
"jishinheadline 地震ヘッドライン"
"nyusokukenmo ニュー速（嫌儲）"
"nyusokuvip ニュー速VIP"
"nandemojikkyoj なんでも実況J"
etc.
