Hello Jim-san,

I'm glad that you have a correct recognition of the problem surrounding 2 channel.

As I've said repeatedly, the people protesting against the changed name "@転載禁止" are only matome affil-bloggers.
And now, they are somehow trying (engineering) to convince you to accept the withdrawal of "@転載禁止" for a very specific reason.

"@転載禁止" is a kind of imperative form, clearly saying "do not abuse our copyright".
While "All rights reserved" is just saying "We have the copyright".

The statement of "@転載禁止" allows 2 channel users to report the copyright abuses to the advertisers (their sponsors).
That's what KENMO people have been doing, and matome affi-bloggers are most afraid of.

On the other hand, the statement of "All rights reserved" doesn't seem having no special significance.
Because even if the statement is undeclared, the rights are always reserved by copyright holder.
So the names with "All rights reserved" are exactly the same as the former names without "All rights reserved".

You know, matome affi-bloggers have eaten and abused "reserved rights" for years.
Now is the time to take proper countermeasure, saying "don't abuse our copyright".

Since putting "@転載禁止", most of matome affi-blogs have suspended reprinting 2ch properties.
It's certainly very effective, and matome affi-bloggers have been feeling strong inconvenience to the statement.

I hope you continue to keep out copyright abuses.
