Is there any guidline for crawler that crawl all thread titles of all 2ch's boards?
I want to make search engine for it. I afraid whether it is banned like find2ch.net.
I want to know the permissible frequency of crawling. 10 minutes is too short?
My crawling is thread titles only, not including contents of threads.
