You are mistaken sir. Since that system has been monetized it has almost broken 2ch completely.
So much money flowed, that people were drunk on the gold. They forgot about the important
things such as actually caring for the servers, and the people that are using 2ch.
That was a cannibalistic system, like eating your own foot if you are starving.
It has been explained in detail to me, and when it started in earnest and when 2ch started dipping
down are directly correlated.
