When I made a company newsletter, I have referred to the newspaper company for the article use.
They admitted the quotation to 1 paragraph.
When you use an article of quantity more than it, you must assume it an abstract.
(I must list it about a former article)

I think that it is apart from a way of thinking for 2ch.
Now that 2ch insisted on a copyright, the newspaper publishing company will come to insist on a right of oneself.

There are overwhelmingly users of some news boards in 2ch.
I think that 2ch should give a fair response about a copyright.
Please tell an opinion of Jim about this.

私は社内報を作った際に記事利用について新聞会社に問い合わせたことがあります。
新聞会社は、せいぜい1パラグラフまでの記事の引用なら使用を許可すると回答しました。
それ以上記事を使用する場合は記事の要約なら許されるというものでした。
（記事の出所を明らかにして）

それは、2chの著作権に対する考え方と違うものです。
2chが著作権を主張した今、新聞会社は自分たちの権利を主張するようになるでしょう。

2chには圧倒的多数のニュース系板のユーザーがいます。
2chは著作権に関して公正に対応すべきだと思います。

People who joined in the thread of the rule change did not join other thread in East asia news+.
I think, perhaps, they are not unique user of the board.

The rule change by outer users bring to bad influence on the board, more than good influence.

Perhaps, we may find similar case all over "2ch".
This is very serious problem, isn't it ?
