However, a one user applied a freely different application from ballot results.

After reading this user's comment, we argued again.
We diceded withdraw all application.

Have you noticed that some news companies have paid money to "someone" in 2 channe in order their websites to be cited with links?
Furthermore it's said to be 99.9% likely that some news companies have bought "cap" or infiltrated into the "cap" holders.
Those companies have been profited by creating news thread in + boards citing their own news websites.
It's okay if that money is correctly flowing to you.
But if it isn't, you need to investigate the darkness that lies in + boards.

We voted about a change to "転載禁止議論中" meaning "under discussion".
However, this request was changed to "転載禁止" meaning "Reproduction is impossible".
