法解釈はどうでも今のところニュース記事の著作権者から2ｃｈに記事転載の苦情は来ていない
ある新聞社が社内から２ｃｈへのアクセス禁止になったときに
苦情が出たくらいなので、持ちつ持たれつの関係と黙認されている
のだと思う。

reporter and editor upset for the decision so that unable to get collective
folks opinion of 2ch . soon the access to 2ch recovered. that's why
paper and news corp are negative for appealing to eliminate reproduction of their
article which is reprinted in 2ch.
