These are the exact settings in ns1,ns2.nttec.com
bbx.2ch.net. 259200 IN NS a.ns.bbx.2ch.net.
a.ns.bbx.2ch.net. 259200 IN A 206.223.151.207
I have made 1 change a previous entry with an IP that was commented out line was deleted.
That could be the only problem I see.
Please check it after DNS has migrated.
