詳細ですが、その現象はエラーなどが発生しません。
通常通りスレッドを立てるのに成功した後に、板の更新等をしてもスレッドが作成されていないことがあります。
ブラウザーや日時などですが、私だけでなく多くの人にその現象が起こっておりそれぞれのブラウザーもバラバラで、
また昼夜問わず一日中発生する状況です。
浪人を使ってもその現象が発生したという報告もありました。
