見出しだけであってもその見出しが十分独創的であればダメ（俳句だって17字で著作権を持つので文字数ではないと言ってました）
URLも記事の掲載元でブログやFacebookで紹介してもらうように準備したもの以外は、大半のサイトでトップページ以外へのリンクを禁止する注意書きがあるので、法律違反ではないけれどこれもやっぱりダメ
そんな結論だった気がします

前にν速＋でキャップをもらって嫌儲でしてるのと同じに見出しとリンクだけでスレを立てたら
Jimさんにそれは見る人に親切ではないから転載しなさいと言う意味のことを言われたことがあります
それを思うと少し件の人も可哀想な気がします…

今回のことを総括しておきます。

DQN★さんが>>512で仰有っているように、
引用先のニュースサイトとは長年のお付き合いの中で、
お互いに納得できる関係を築いてきました。

読売新聞もそうですが、その中でコラムを執筆した
頭髪がパラリンピックのアニメ評論家が転載を拒否しました。

これは彼個人が「空気を読めなかった」のが原因であって、
記者たちがこれからも、ニュースメディアの記事を
転載・引用できないというわけではありません。

あくまでも藤津亮太さんの“個人的な器量”に起因するものなので
記者各位は今後も引用・転載によるリスクは気にせず、
スレ立てに励んで下さい。

いろんなプロクシを試したときに colo を確認して、
Ashburn 経由のときだけ521エラーが出るのか、
Ashburn 経由でも 2ch に繋がるときもあるのかを調べれば、
Ashburn の中継サーバ自体が 2ch に接続できないのか、
クライアントのIPによって 2ch が接続拒否してるのか、判別する手がかりになる
