単独スレッドに集中した、削除しても追いつかないようなスクリプト使用による大量コピペや
スレ潰し、容量潰し等　を行ってる荒らしさん達を報告する専用スレッドです。

【重要】
・報告の注意点・報告対象外などは>>2-3を参照。必ず読んで下さい。
・対処の基本は板内での自治、削除整理（http://qb5.2ch.net/saku/）等で行ってください。
　削除依頼しても追いつかないものに限り、こちらに報告してください。
・最終的な取り扱いの判断は、規制人の判断になります。
　何とかしてほしい気持ちはわかりますが「規制して」「アク禁にしろ」なんて書いても全く無意味。
　荒らしの規模・特徴をできるだけ客観的に淡々と報告してください。野次馬への反論等も同様です。
