I would like to ask Jim-san about the policies toward releasing of certain ISP regulation.

There is an ISP host that is regulated because of a person
who posted 3rd party personal information (real name and street address)
What do you think about releasing those ISP regulation?
(After ISP warning to the posting person or without it but a period
of about 1 month has past since actual posting.)
I personally think it should consider carefully since the posting person
posts the personal information again and possibility of being sued by the person
whom personal information belongs.
