英語できる人はできれば英語で書いてくださいな
ジムさんはとってもやさしいので、文法とか単語のつづりが「かなり間違ってる」英語でも
きっとわかってくれますよん
念のため日本語の原文を添えてもらえれば状況に応じて支援あるかも

英語はどうしても無理って人は日本語で
文法が整ってる簡単な日本語はジムさんが翻訳して読んでくれるかも

I will teach a method good for you.
How to promote sale of BE.

1. The request of New-board is coped with.

Enabled BE. New-board(Temporary) on Test setting.
The purposes of purchasing BE are collected by a vote.
A vote is manifestation of board support.
Its vote is cast once by one purchase.(It ties with the board to support.)
There is no change in the middle of the support vote within a term.
A count period is decided and the number of sale (loan collection) is checked.
It announces officially.
(/--.txt 7/1(56),2(59),3(77).....)
The reason for shutting a board is taken out with the total (sales) of a vote being shown.
When the procurement amount of operating funds is not reached,
the Request-New-board is shut after a certain fixed period.
