But at present, the CAP is absent.

2ch newsplus is famous for conservative right wing news. I think many of the reporters
that have applied have been moderate or leaning to the left. Perhaps the conservative reporters
have not applied, as I have not discriminated against their point of view.
Personally I am a moderate that leans to the right, but not to far right.

ビジネス観点で動いてない所

jimって掲示板運営ビジネスという観点で動いてなくて、2chを左翼や在日天国にしたがってる雰囲気ありありなんだよな
ビジネスという観点で動いてるのなら、多数派の保守を追い出すようなことばかりするわけないし
掲示板の運営で得られる額どころじゃない大金を既にチョンから貰ってるのかもな

転載禁止に関しても得するのは在日と左翼だけで2chは全く得してない

だいたい外国人のjimが日本のネット世論に介入してくる事自体が問題
そりゃ外国人にしてみたら日本が売国左翼の支配下になった方がいいだろうよ
でもそういう外国人の介入を防ぐ為に放送法でテレビ局は外人が20%以上の株を所得できないようになってる
ネット掲示板に関してはまだそういう法整備はできてないけど

このままだと、JIMは西村チャンネルにユーザー取られるよ。
・極左記者がニュース速報＋に増えて悪さをしている
・ニュース速＋が転載禁止になった
この２つによって人が減る。

ニュー速＋のユーザーは反日的な極左記事を好まないので人が減る。
ニュー速＋民は必ずしもアフィリエイト禁止を望んでいない。
むしろ自分の意見がまとめブログなどで拡散され影響力持つことを望んでいる。
転載禁止になってからオープン２chを見るブロガー（≠まとめブロガー）が増えている。
よって彼らの一定数は西村チャンネルに移動するかもしれない。

２ちゃんねるは怪情報がコピペされている板が多い。
そこは根拠なく個人を誹謗中傷する場になり、有害である。
転載禁止ルールはほとんどの板で適用されるべきである。
ただ、ニュース速報＋や東アジアニュース＋は個人を扱うといっても
公共性の高い存在である政治家など評論家がほとんどである。
よって、この２板だけは限定的に転載可にしたほうがいい（芸スポ、痛いニュースなどは転載不可にすべき）。

今の運営者のほうが削除や規制について人間的な対応をしてくれそうだから。

アプリケーションボードの所はニュース速報+じゃ4日間反応なかったけどnewsplusと書い二回目送ったら6分後に受付完了の返信来た
レポーターの資格と経験は経験なしと日本語で書いた

受付の段階でjimはどの段階で撥ねてるのか気になるわ返信送らなかったらアウトなのか
受付完了してもキャップ発行メールが来なかったらアウトなのか
