(アジア速報+) and news4plusd (東アジア速報+) CAPs too, so that they can
post korean-related threads to the adequate boards instead of newsplus
where such threads are mostly banned.
I think this can be a nice idea. In general, it would be nice to let
the reporters have CAPs of multiple boards, so that a reporter can
choose which board to post *after* finding an interesting news -- no
more "I found a great science news but all I got is mnewsplus CAP,
helas!" For instance, giving 3 extra random boards' CAP to all the
