I know info.2ch.net already exists and is used to gather informations about
2ch itself, but 197 wants another wiki that users can use as
contents-matome-wiki, such as computer game walk-throughs.

atwiki.jp is often used for this purpose, but this service is commercial and
copying 2ch data there can infringe copyright(転載禁止).
