英語できる人はできれば英語で書いてくださいな
ジムさんはとってもやさしいので、文法とか単語のつづりが「かなり間違ってる」英語でも

Hi Jim-san.
At "hayabusa3", some problem seems to occur.
Creating of thread ends in failure frequently.

When the error occur, it looks like there's no error
and seems to succeed in making new thread.
But, in fact, No thread are created.

Moreover, if the error has occured,
who faced this problem will suffer with the same matter for the present.

Please check this problem when you get a chance.

But BBS_LINE_NUMBER is staying 16, It is too narrow to take advantage of enlarging BBS_MESSAGE_COUNT.

Please change BBS_LINE_NUMBER from 16 to 30, it is same setting of other board which was setting BBS_MESSAGE_COUNT=4096

The article is about science, but main story is about court struggle and reparation of research funding.(upper one)

　地震カテゴリーには…板として地震速報、臨時地震、臨時地震+、緊急自然災害がある。
　今や、2chは緊急時の大切な情報インフラ。緊急時やその前兆時に、規制のせいで書き込み出来ずに、命に関わる情報のやり取りが出来ないのは非常に困る。
■BBM規制されていても、「2ch批判要望」には書き込みできるのだから、
同じカテゴリーの「雑談系２」カテゴリーにある「ニュー速(嫌儲)」にも、BBM規制されていても書き込み可能にして欲しい。

I hate to say it, but it seems that science was being buried with no new threads.
This article is about politics inside science, and asahi published it. There is a substantial
increase to the readers of scienceplus since more reporters started paying attention to
it. I am not a scientist either, but I read Scientific American every month. They have both
hard and soft stories on science. I think it is ok. Let's test it and see what the results are.

　auの携帯電話（他社の携帯も？）に対して、理由もなく無差別に、不特定多数に、BBM規制や公開プロキシ規制がかかっていませんか？
　不具合でしょうか？
　いくつかのスレを見ればわかりますが、数日前から携帯からの書き込みを表す「携」が付いたIDが、極端に減っている感じがします。
