At "hayabusa3", some problem seems to occur.

When the error occur, it looks like there's no error
and seems to succeed in making new thread.
But, in fact, No thread are created.

Moreover, if the error has occured,

This article is about politics inside science, and asahi published it. There is a substantial
increase to the readers of scienceplus since more reporters started paying attention to
it. I am not a scientist either, but I read Scientific American every month. They have both

　auの携帯電話（他社の携帯も？）に対して、理由もなく無差別に、不特定多数に、BBM規制や公開プロキシ規制がかかっていませんか？
　不具合でしょうか？
