It seems that guys claim loudly to introduce the restriction on Kenmomen who always try to make turbulences.
"転載禁止" should be a literal translation of "Reproduction Prohibited", as you may have already understood. As for "All Rights Reserved", the literal translation of which should be "すべての著作権は2ちゃんねるに帰属します" or something like that. and that sentence has a little broader meanings that include "Reproduction Prohibited".
In my opinion, the single statement of "All Right Reserved" would be not as effective as "Reproduction Prohibited" here. Your lawyer may judge that the statement of "All Rights Reserved" would be enough to protect you from copyright abuses, from the view point of the copyright laws.
Meanwhile, I'd like you to know the reality surrounding copyright abuses in Japanese internet as follows:
1. Small/individual businesses like "matome affi-blogs" tend to breach such Copyright laws very easily. 2. Authorities do nothing to stop them from abusing copyrights until right owners make legal claims. 3. As a result, matome affi-blogs have been successfully abusing copyrights and made profits for YEARS. 4. The only way KENMO people could do to stop matome affi-blogs from copyright abuses was alerting the violence directly to their advertisers (Amazon, Google etc). 5. When the advertisers judged whether the client alerted really abuses copyrights or not, the statement of "Reproduction Prohibited" was the most clear evidence that the client abused copyrights. 6. If there was no statement of "Reproduction Prohibited" but only "All Rights Reserved", advertisers might not have to listen to reporters' words because they are not the direct owner of the copyrights. In such case, advertisers might contact you to check if the alerted clients have your permission or not, but might not. Anyways, it would be a very hard work for you.
In conclusion: A. If you establish a task force against copyright abuses, "All Right Reserved" would be very nice. B. If you let users self defence (alerting copyright abuses to advertisers), "Reproduction Prohibited" is preferred.
From the view point of matome affi-blog owners, "Reproduction Prohibited" seems MUCH MORE INCONVENIENT than "All Right Reserved" (よほど都合が悪いようだな). 0641忍法帖【Lv=40,xxxPT】(1+0:10)【Dnewsplus1389167819086492】2014/03/09(日) 17:24:37.45ID:sPgv1Sio0>>617 生粋のネトウヨで生まれてきてごめんなさい。
